We’re looking for a motivated and passionate individual who has experience in customer service and would like to take on a role in our management team.

Requirements

  • Be over the age of 16
  • Have prior experience in a customer service role

Description

You will be responsible for supervising all support staff within EliteJaguar Services, and ensuring that we provide the best customer service possible to our customers. You need to be a team player, we’re looking for someone who is friendly and approachable – someone our staff are happy to work with. You’ll also be expected to answer our customers queries if nobody else is available to do so, or if we’re particularly busy.
 
You may be required to onboard new members to our team and provide small training packages on how to use our systems.
