What to do if you receive an error when trying to download your products

Our download system only allows you to download each product once. To download it again afterwards you will need to get in touch with us so we can reset your download permissions.

There is also another error that you may receive, so take a look below to see how to resolve the error.

Please make sure you have your order number on hand when your contacting us.

“Sorry, this download has expired”

You will receive this error if you have already downloaded the product. It may appear sometimes as an error in the system – if so just follow the same instructions below.

  1. Open a ticket on our Discord Server
  2. Let the team know that your downloads have expired
  3. We’ll probably ask for a reason as to why you need to re-download these products so please be prepared to answer
  4. Once we’ve reset your permissions, go to your downloads page and click the product you want to download

“Sorry, this file cannot be found”

This is a rare error, but it may happen from time to time. Follow these steps to fix it.

  1. Open a ticket on our Discord Server
  2. Let the team know that you have ordered and when you tried to download, the file cannot be found
  3. We’ll investigate and give you permissions to regenerate the product from your downloads page
